WHEN WILL YOU ARRIVE TO THE PARTY?

When your party is booked and confirmed Gamerz World will reach out to you the day of your event prior to the scheduled time. We will arrive 20minutes before the event starts. This allows us time to prep the gaming truck.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO YOU NEED TO PARK?

Upon arrival to your event please provide Gamerz World truck and trailer with an ample amount of parking space. The truck stays attached to the trailer, and we require a level, hardened surface for parking. MINIMUM OF 40ft TO 50ft of space.

IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?

Travel inside the 38002 zip has no fuel charge. if the location is more than the miles listed below outside of the mentioned zip code add on the fuel fee at checkout.

Fuel charges are as followed:

-26-30 miles $50

-31-35 miles $60

40 miles or more contact us for specific pricing

WHATS THE BOOKING PROCESS?

All bookings are scheduled through our online booking calendar located on “book now”. It will show the dates and times available. There will be a 50% deposit of the party package you book due upon booking. The invoice will be emailed to you after booking confirmation. The deposit is nonrefundable. The final payment is due prior to the event date or 8am the day of your event.

DO I REQUEST CERTAIN GAMES?

Gamerz World offers a growing game library. Special requests can be made but with endless options we are sure to have exactly what the party needs.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

When you checkout the payment options will display. AFTERPAY is available by simply contacting us via email or call. We will send over payment link and complete the booking for you.

CAN I RESCHEDULE?
We understand that sometimes events have to be postponed. You can reschedule your party through or online booking calendar. Keep in mind when rescheduling that you will only be able to book dates and times that are open and available.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

The indoor gaming theater is temperature controlled so that rain or sunshine the party will go on! We care about the safety of our guests therefore if the weather becomes too severe the party will be rescheduled for another date.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

-72 hours to cancel or reschedule your event date via the online booking calendar (the deposit is nonrefundable)

-If the event is canceled in less than 72 hours guest will be charged full amount. 

-no refunds

VIDEO GAMES RATING

We only play M rated or higher games with approval from the client or present adult.

WHAT IF WANT ADDITIONAL PLAYING TIME ?

Additional playing time is available if time permits. it will be located on the booking calendar while booking your party it will be listed as an add on.

FOOD

No food allowed on in the gaming theater.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS

GAMERZ WORLD has the right to cancel, shorten an event if it jeopardizes the safety of guests, staff, or equipment.

NO DRUGS ALLOWED

GAMERSZ WORLD has the right to cancel or shorten an event if this is violated.

 CHILDREN SUPERVISION

A parent or guardian must accompany children 6yrs or younger throughout the gaming experience.  Children 15yrs and younger should have a parent/person under their supervision who will be in close contact. in case there is a need to contact them.

THE GAMING THEATER IS SANITIZED AND DEEP CLEANED AFTER EVERY PARTY. WE OFFER HAND SANITIZER INSIDE THE GAMING THEATER. TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE OTHER GUESTS WE ASK THAT IF YOU HAVE A GUEST THAT DOES NOT FEEL WELL (COUGHING, FEVER) PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO ATTEND THE GAMING THEATER.
